One of the major misconceptions about a verbal contract is that it is the same thing as an oral contract. But really, even a written contract could be considered a “verbal” contract because, well, it uses words.
An oral contract, on the other hand, is a promise that has been plainly spoken and not written down. When someone makes a promise about what they’re going to do and then does not do it, it could be considered a breach of their oral contract.
1) Split payment (a.k.a. Split payment transaction) is the financial term for the act of splitting (dividing) a single and full amount of payment in two or more simultaneous transactions made by different payment methods.
2) A plan for paying any outstanding debts. Within a payment plan, the borrower agrees to pay a certain amount of money each week/month to pay for services rendered.
3) Helping hand, you or another helps me with the labor on the project at ...hand
There is no fee, it's simply the amount of work adds up to $70 or more. I don't charge for "emergencies." However there will be a minimum charge of $70. If we can resolve the issue over the phone and set-up a normal appointment to have the issue fixed, then there is no "emergency"
Hourly is the exchange of a productive hour of expert work for an hourly rate. For $xx per hour, I will provide you the technical expertise and labor to complete the task(s) at hand.
Project price is the exchange of a pre-defined amount of work for a specific total dollar value. For $xx,xxx I will provide you X services and until completing the overall project.
